Incident Reports:


January 27th, deputy conducted an investigation on a potential scam from a Chillicothe resident. Investigation showed the transaction reported on the individual's bank account was legitimate.

January 31st, deputy took a report of harassment from a Hale resident at the LCSO. The suspect has not been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.

February 4th, deputies conducted a search warrant in the 100 block of Elm Street in Chillicothe in reference to an active theft investigation. The LCSO was assisted by officers from the Chillicothe Police Department.

February 7th, deputies completed an investigation into a violation of an order of protection from a Livingston County resident. Formal charges are now being sought on a suspect.

Arrests:

January 31st, deputy arrested Justin Boudreaux, 34, Kansas City, for traveling 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at State Highway D. Boudreaux posted $250 cash bond and was released on summons.

February 3rd, Sarah Davis, 30, Chillicothe, was arrested on an active St. Louis County arrest warrant on a probation violation on case # 22SL-CR04281-01. Davis was unable to post required bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending pick up by St. Louis County.

February 6th, Katelan Chase, 31, Iowa, was arrested for driving while suspended on U.S. Highway 65 near LIV 210. Chase was processed and released on summons.

February 6th, Jessica Dryer, 33, Orrick, was arrested in Circuit Court after being sentenced to two days jail time in reference to case # 23LV-CR00098-01. Dryer was transported to CCDC to serve her time.

February 6th, Lisa Deshazier, 42, Chillicothe, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case # 24LV-CR00151-01 at the courthouse. Deshazier was allowed an OR bond and was released pending further court appearances.

February 6th, Kayde Burton, 24, Kansas, was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case # 24LV-CR00478-01 at the courthouse. Burton was later released on an OR bond.

February 7th, Christopher Jessee, 34, Iowa, was arrested on an active Schuyler County, Missouri arrest warrant for case #13SY-CR00034 on U.S. 36 near U.S. 65. Jessee was able to post $400 cash bond and was released with a new court date.

February 8th, Russell Donoho, 62, Utica, was arrested for violation of an order of protection and resisting arrest. Donoho was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges. Chillicothe Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted in the incident as well.

February 11th, Joseph Fitzpatrick, 59, Wheeling, was arrested on an active Grundy County arrest warrant in reference to case # 25AG-CR00010 in the 4000 block of State Highway BB in Wheeling. Fitzpatrick was then turned over to Grundy County authorities.

February 11th, Clinton Lewis, 46, Chillicothe, was arrested in the 200 block of East 10th Street in Chillicothe for domestic assault. Lewis was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.

February 13th, Patrick Graves, 38, Utica, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case # 25LV-CR00043 in the 300 block of Broadway Street in Utica. Graves was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

Citations:

February 4th, Elisa Castellanos, 47, Indiana, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 403.

February 5th, Jason Nielson, 48, Colorado, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at the Grand River.

February 7th, Jeremy Smith, 43, Kansas City, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle on State Highway C near U.S. 36.

February 7th, Lorena Willert, 19, Peculiar, was issued a citation for traveling 89 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 253.

February 7th, Viraj Barot, 37, Kansas City, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Missouri D.O.R. at U.S. 36 and U.S. 65.
