Alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony Stealing $750 or MORE.  Alleged probation violations include:  Residence by making change without permission.  DRUGS, testing and admitting to use of methamphetamine.  Reporting by failing to report on April 24, 2024. Bond set at $20,000 on case #23LV-CR00209-01.

Mr. Georgetti was initially arrested on this case June 01 and released on ROR bond June 07, 2023.
