Alleged Probation Violation on case #22LV-CR00012-01 on class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond listed at $20,000.

LCSO Jail Management Records shows Mr. Beard was initially arrested/incarcerated on this case number February 25, 2022 and released on ROR bond May 12, 2022.  Mr. Beard was again arrested on this warrant for alleged probation violation on August 16, 2023 and released on probation October 19, 2023.
