Wanted

Alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class E felony, Non-Support, Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly Payments Due Under Order of Support on Livingston County arrest warrant #22LV-CR00037-01 with bond placed at $15,000 by the court.

LCSO Jail Management records show Mr. Buesing was initially arrested and incarcerated on this warrant June 23-30, 2022 and released on ROR bond.   Arrested/incarcerated October 10 -December 22, 2022 for alleged Probation Violation on this case and released with probation continued.  Arrested/Incarcerated May 07-12, 2023 for alleged Probation Violation and released on ROR bond.  We are again looking for Mr. Buesing.
