Wanted

Alleged Probation Violation on Livingston County arrest warrant 20LV-CR00287-01 for alleged class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.

Livingston County Jail Management records shows Mr. Duncan was first in custody on this charge December 8-23, 2020 and released on cash bond.  Again in custody for alleged bond violation February 4-11, 2021 and released to state to attend treatment program. Arrested/incarcerated on alleged probation violation October 2-19, 2021 and released on cash bond.  Again arrested/incarcerated January 30 through February 09, 2023 and released on ROR bond.  We are again seeking Mr. Duncan on this warrant.  Recent information is he was located in Chillicothe by CPD and eluded officers.

July 31, 2023 Livingston County arrest warrant 23LV-CR00334 issued by the Court for Mr. Duncan for alleged class E felony Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for Felony.
