June 02 about 4:00 p.m. 2 LCSO deputies were attempting warrant service in the 1500 block of Webster Street. Sheriff Cox subsequently observed the wanted fugitive driving a pickup on Webster near Dickinson. The suspect quickly cut through to Jackson Street and went south on Dickinson Street as the sheriff was attempting to stop the vehicle. LCSO arrested Kimberly S. Brandes, 47, Chillicothe, on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Bond Supervision Violation on original charge of felony Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (firearm) with bond now set at $25,000 cash with the warrant dated 6-2-16.
Ms. Brandes was given citations for Careless and Imprudent Driving and Failing to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle. Ms. Brandes was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail (DDCRJ) in lieu of bond. Investigation continues.
Ms. Brandes had been released from DDCRJ on May 31, 2016 on bond for 2 felony allegations in Livingston County, being the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
