April 02 the LCSO began an investigation of possible Failing to properly Register as a Sex Offender in Livingston County. Subsequent investigation resulted in locating the suspect. A report is being submitted to Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren for consideration of charges.
April 02 deputies responded to a report of domestic disturbance in Utica. Investigation did not result in an arrest. Information was shared with all involved and a hotline call was made to respective state agency.
April 01 a deputy stopped a vehicle for allegedly driving the wrong way on a one way street and discovered the driver was allegedly revoked to drive in Missouri. Citations were issued to the driver.
March 22 the LCSO checked the well-being of a citizen where reported concern was on the well-being of a child during a parent’s visitation. Resource information was shared and notice was given to the juvenile officer and reported to Child Abuse Hotline.
March 21 investigation began in Wheeling where a citizens reported their stainless steel wire cart with rubber wheels was removed from their property. Investigation continues.
March 19 the LCSO investigated a disturbance in Ludlow. Investigation resulted in detaining a juvenile with information shared with the juvenile office and parent.
April 01 a deputy responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle on Liv 387. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Brandon Heath Oden, 37, Hale, for alleged Driving While Intoxicated.
March 25 a deputy served a Jackson County arrest warrant on David Scott Henry, 43, Kansas City for alleged class C felony Theft/Stealing. Bond was set at $3,000 or 10%. Mr. Henry subsequently posted bond at the LCSO and was released pending Court appearance.
Currently the LCSO is holding 43 people in custody at the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail.
