Drug Cases, Arrests, and Other Charges

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has taken a step forward to the completion of a multitude of investigations ranging from alleged distribution/sales/delivery or possession with intent to distribute/sell/deliver controlled substance(s) and/or conspiracy, burglary, stealing, and even Medicaid fraud.

At this time no formal charge(s) have been filed regarding Medicaid Fraud, we are still

closely working with Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren and the

Missouri Attorney General’s Office on potential Medicaid Fraud charge(s) against some

unnamed people regarding alleged fraud by using Medicaid to purchase prescription

drugs which were then resold for personal profit.  This is fast becoming a major problem

in Missouri and is a huge waste of our tax dollars.

Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren has done an excellent job in assisting our office with these and other on-going investigations.

Remember that an arrest warrant is merely an allegation and everyone is innocent unless and until found guilty in a Court of law.
