On December 12 we arrested Kimberly Ann McCoy, 39, Utica, on a Boone County arrest warrant for alleged failure to appear in court on a no insurance citation.  Ms. McCoy posted bond on this warrant and was released.

On December 05 we began an investigation of a residential burglary in the 11000 block of Liv 233.  A neighbor saw a red 4 wheeler on the property and when he got closer a person quickly fled on the ATV.  Investigation continues.

On December 05 we began an investigation of a stolen calf from a farm on Liv 239.  Investigation is continuing.

On December 07 we investigated a fire where a trailer with antiques had burnt to the ground near Highway U and Liv 516.  Estimated loss stands at $15,000.  We notified the State Fire Marshals Office of the incident.

On December 08 a deputy was investigating a report of trespassing and littering in the 14000 block of Liv 238.  The investigation shows a witness saw two vehicles on private property without permission and trash was dumped by some hay bales.  Investigation led the deputy to an address in Chillicothe where the Chillicothe Police assisted with the investigation and we subsequently arrested and issued a summons to John Forrest Pollock, 35, Chillicothe, for the alleged littering.  Further investigation involved the recovery of certain items which had been previously reported stolen.  These items were turned over to the Chillicothe Police and they are continuing with that portion of the investigation.

On December 09 we began an investigation on Liv 232 where unknown person(s) dumped appliance(s) and furniture in the roadway.  Investigation is continuing.

On December 12 we began an investigation of a stolen vehicle which was recovered near Liv 244 after unknown person(s) drove it to a remote location and destroyed it by setting fire to the vehicle.  Investigation continues.
